Join us for a wellness session that combines two powerful forms of healing. Utilizing crystal bowls, and various other instruments along with Reiki, you will gain access to frequencies that will contribute to your healing and rejuvenation.
A rejuvenating healing session led by Therese and Sharyn. We will begin with some gentle stretches and breath work to soothe the body and release unnecessary tension. While relaxing Sharyn will deliver Reiki as Therese baths you with energy healing sound via singing bowls, a crystal pyramid and drum. By utilizing crystal bowls, and various other instruments along with Reiki, you will gain access to frequencies that will contribute to your healing and rejuvenation.
*Please bring a yoga mat and any other items for your comfort (eye pillow, pillow, blanket, or bolster). Any items brought with you during this time will also be charged with Reiki energy (crystal, pendants, cards, etc).
