This 75-minute deeply nourishing restorative practice is designed to restore balance, open your heart, and invite in a sense of peace.
Held on the last Wednesday of each month (next sessions: April 29th at 6:30 PM and May 27th at 6:30 PM), this experience will guide you through gentle, supported restorative poses using props to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and foster deep relaxation.
This practice is open to all levels and is an invitation to slow down, rest, restore, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and peaceful environment.
Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.
